RETURNS POLICY

We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible, and we’re confident you’ll love your TK purchase. However, if you need to make a return, here’s what you need to know:

  • You have 30 days from the date of despatch to return your item for a full refund, provided it is in brand-new condition with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact. We reserve the right to decline a refund if these conditions aren’t met or if the item’s quality is compromised in any way.
  • Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (e.g., PCD Groin Guards, Mouthguards).
  • If you purchased an item from one of our retail stockists, please return it to them directly. We cannot process returns for purchases made through third-party retailers.
  • When returning an item, please include a copy of our Returns Form. This helps us process your refund efficiently. If this is not included, we will not be able to process your return.
  • Return postage costs and successful delivery are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. We strongly recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
  • If the item is found to be faulty upon inspection, we’ll cover the return costs. However, if no fault is found, you will be responsible for return carriage charges.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and cover the additional carriage cost.

We aim to process refunds within 21 days of confirming eligibility, though this may take longer during peak periods.

TEAMWEAR

  • Personalised or customised items (e.g., playing shirts, items with initials) are non-refundable. If incorrect details (e.g., squad number or initials) are provided at checkout, TK Hockey cannot accept liability for errors.
  • For all other teamwear items, returns are accepted within 14 days. Please return them to the address listed above.

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges on teamwear. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
  • Once a teamwear order is placed, we cannot cancel, edit, or amend it.
